Hi dat one okrika girl...xyz How are you?Menudo is very easy to cook, the only hard work here is cooking down your cow feet.Ingredients: • 2 Pounds tripe cut in 1 inch squares• 1 Pound pork knuckles raw• 2 tbsp Butter• 1 tsp Cumin• 14 Ounces hominy, whole, canned• 1/2 tsp Black pepper• 4 tbsp Chili powder• 4 Garlic cloves crushed• 1 tbsp Oregano• 2 tsp SaltClean trip, salt and boil.Boil Cow feet (boil in pressure cooker if you have one)Now, combine tripe, cow feet and hominy together in a potAdd the rest of the ingredients and adjust seasoningBring to a boil for 10 minsSimmer for 5 minsServe with or sprinkle onions and cilantro....enjoy.......

Clean trip, salt and boil.
